Where thoughtful design meets genuine care.

"Working with the KLD team for the second time to remodel my mother’s bathroom was another great experience.  We plan to hire KLD again to remodel my her kitchen and another bathroom later this year.  Katie and her team are excellent.  They offered guidance on interior design, flooring, colors, fixture placement and suggested products to ensure my mother’s safety, which was very important to us. The bathroom feeling like an oasis.  The construction team was also polite, respectful,  kept a clean work area and responded quickly to our questions and request.  I definitely recommend KLD Construction for any remodel/construction needs.”

"From the beginning to the end of my kitchen remodel, I received outstanding customer service from management and the construction workers. They provided my husband and I design ideas, helped with picking tile, flooring and colors. If I had last minute changes they were never a problem.  My kitchen is BEAUTIFUL and turned out better than expected. I highly recommend KLD Construction.”

"Working with KLD Construction to remodel our whole house was a pleasure.  At every step, Katie guided us through the design process to hone our choices to make our home the showcase we’d hoped for.  Santos’ capable crews brought their craftsmanship, artistry, and good judgement to the site every day and were always courteous and respectful.  Their pride in their work is evident everywhere.  The whole team responded immediately to questions and offered innovative solutions to the kinds of issues that surface from time to time in such a large project.  Everything is top quality.  The result is a new home we can all be proud of, one that reflects ourselves and has drawn the admiration of friends and family alike."
